Frequently asked questions
Are downloads unlimited?
No. Creator includes 10 Music + 20 SFX downloads per month, Pro 30 Music + 60 SFX, and Business 100 Music + 200 SFX. Allowances reset monthly and unused downloads do not roll over.
Can I use this for client work?
Yes — Pro and Business plans are built for commercial and client use.
What happens if I cancel?
Music and sound effects downloaded during a paid subscription are licensed permanently, including for new projects after the subscription ends, within the plan scope at download. New file downloads from Signalab end when the paid period ends.
Can I use a creator code anytime?
Creator codes are applied when you start your subscription.
Renewal, withdrawal and refunds
Monthly subscriptions are billed monthly; annual subscriptions are charged once a year at the total annual price. Renewal continues at the agreed interval until stopped. Statutory withdrawal is separate. Ordinary expiry preserves acquired rights; a full refund ends rights funded solely by that refunded payment.
