Licence Terms
Version 2 November 2026 — review draft v2
1. Plan scope
Creator covers your own content and one channel per platform. Pro adds client work and digital advertising with up to three channels per platform. Business includes Pro use, unlimited channels and the prompt library. Team seats and their scope require a separate written agreement; shared credentials are not included automatically.
2. When an audio right is acquired
Permanent usage rights arise from a completed delivery during a valid paid period, within the plan scope at download. Naming a project, reserving a link or an aborted delivery alone does not grant that right. New projects may use a legitimately retained, licensed file after ordinary expiry.
3. Prompts
A prompt delivered during a paid Business period may be kept and reused after ordinary expiry. New library deliveries require active paid Business access. Prompt packs themselves may not be shared or resold. Generations vary, and you must follow the generation provider terms. No unrecorded slider settings are promised.
4. Full refunds and scope
When the whole acquisition or contract is ended by an approved voluntary refund, statutory withdrawal, termination for a defect or another accepted ground, and its payment is fully refunded, rights funded solely by that acquisition end. Stop using and sharing the affected audio, SFX and prompt packs and delete their saved source files and prompt packs. A request or payment-provider event alone does not end rights: we verify the financial outcome and record the internal legal decision. Partial refunds or price reductions do not automatically end all rights; their scope is decided and recorded separately. A refund solely for an unused future subscription period ends future access and deliveries for that period, preserving rights funded by other non-refunded payments. Ordinary expiry without a refund preserves acquired rights. Historical decisions are retained; errors are corrected by a new recorded decision. Mandatory consumer protections and any consequences for previously completed client work are assessed under applicable law.
5. Restrictions
The licence is worldwide and non-exclusive and does not transfer ownership. Standalone resale or redistribution, uploading original files to other libraries and unauthorised Content ID claims are prohibited. A separate written agreement controls any separately negotiated work.
