1. Seller and account

Signalab is provided by Visio Creative Oy, Finnish Business ID 3191284-6, registered in the Finnish Trade Register. Geographic and complaints address: Keskuskatu 12, 60100 Seinäjoki, Finland. Phone +358 44 077 7153 (standard local/mobile network charges apply); email hello@signalab.app. Creating an account does not start a paid subscription.

2. Subscription and renewal

Choose monthly or annual billing. The total selected price and billing period are shown before checkout; an annual price is charged once a year, not monthly. The subscription continues and is billed automatically at the agreed interval until renewal is stopped. Manage renewal in your account. Stopping renewal does not itself refund or shorten an already paid period. Statutory withdrawal and defect remedies are separate.

3. Supply and allowances

Access begins only after confirmed payment and the required recorded decisions. Downloads reset at the start of each UTC calendar month: Creator 10 music and 20 SFX; Pro 30 and 60; Business 100 and 200. Unused allowances do not roll over. Each completed MP3, WAV or repeat delivery counts separately. No free trial is included.

4. Immediate supply and statutory rights

We request your separate express consent to immediate digital-content supply during any applicable withdrawal period, and your separate acknowledgement that, where the digital-content exception applies, you lose that withdrawal right when supply begins. A payment or download alone is not consent. The confirmation records your decisions on a durable medium. This does not exclude mandatory remedies for defects or remove a continuing service withdrawal right merely because performance started.

5. Acquired rights and expiry

A completed paid-period audio delivery grants ongoing non-exclusive use within the plan scope at download, including new projects after ordinary subscription expiry. Business prompts delivered in a paid period may be reused under the same policy. New file or prompt deliveries require current paid access. A fully refunded payment is treated separately under the Refund Policy.

6. Ownership and restrictions

No ownership or all-rights transfer is included. Do not redistribute or resell original audio or prompt packs as standalone files, put them in another library, or assert Content ID claims against other licensed users without a separate applicable agreement. Audio licensing and Suno subscriptions are separate.

7. Requests, partners and mandatory protections

Use the online withdrawal/refund form or contact hello@signalab.app. Acknowledgement is not an automatic refund decision. Artist and creator partnerships require manual review and a separate written agreement. Custom music has a separate agreed scope. These terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights. Business-specific limitations must be agreed clearly. Finnish law applies subject to mandatory applicable consumer protections.
